_{People always ask "how to" etc etc, so i made this because it's too hard for me to answer in details to every one in a good english >< (and i kinda lazy to always say the same thing so..)

this is MY OWN WAY to do, everybody have their own technique, so of course do what you're the most comfortable with.

i suck to explain, sorry sorry sorry orz.... *shot me*

tools for this tutorial :
- paint tool sai (google it you'll find.)
- photoshop (totally optional)
- imagination (your own..)

you can find Filter unlimited here : [link] (it's the free version, honestly you don't need to buy the full version, only 2 or 3 features are interesting..)}

edit : to install filters unlimited, just copy and paste the full folder here : [link] (works with all the photoshop versions)
